This Week at All Saints
Tomorrow (Saturday) at 11 am we join the Gaffey family, here at All Saints, to remember and celebrate the life of Gary, who died so suddenly last week. There will be a reception following the Service which you are invited to attend. Please remember the family in your prayers during this sad time.
Later in the day we meet with our younger friends for Messy Church at 4 pm when we will be doing various fish-related activities and crafts! I hope they sing Slippery Fish - that's my favourite! If not I will take comfort in the fish tacos that we are being served for dinner. Mmmmm ... fish tacos ... another favourite of mine.
On Sunday at 8:30 we have a Quiet Communion Service followed at 10 am by the Family Service. Be prepared to struggle to find parking!
Please note: we have postponed the "What Would John Have To Say
About That?" session until next week (3 June). This is because the May Days Parade will be happening at the same time. So, take a breather and we'll see you next week!
On Wednesday 30 May at 10:00 am Eucharist with OASIS Bible Study will take place as usual and at 5:30 pm The Centering Prayer Group meets in the Narthex.
On Thursday 31 May at 10:30 am the Craft Group will meet in the hall.
For those of you who are interested - I'll be in the office on Monday next week but will be taking the day off on Friday for my daughter's graduation. I know, I know - how can I have a daughter in Grade 12 right? I'm FAR too young for that!
