Coming up at All Saints

Tomorrow is the big day - the Bazaar. The hall has been decorated (and it looks very cheery and festive), the lights are up around the entrance, there is a pile of enticing looking packages ready to be disbursed and the bottle stall is groaning under the weight of a dizzying variety of .. well, bottles, obviously. It’s going to be a fun and exhausting day. We are so grateful to all the volunteers who have given of their time and talent to make the day a success. I hope you’re ready to join us for some fun.

On Sunday please join us for our regular services at 8.30 am and 10 am. Just a reminder - if you haven’t brought in your intention card yet, please do so as soon as possible. This Sunday if at all possible. If you have lost your card, no worries there are plenty here for you to use. You can also simply send an email to notify us of any changes.

On Tuesday 22 November at 6 pm we host our monthly free Community Meal.

On Wednesday we meet at 10 am for the midweek Eucharist and Bible Study.

Robin will be taking some time away for an Advent retreat so won’t be in the office until Saturday 26 November - just in time for Messy Church and Blaze at 4 pm.

Next Sunday - 27 November - it’s the beginning of Advent. Already. So, at 10 am we have a service of Advent Lessons and Carols. The 8.30 am service will be as normal.

Well, that’s it from me. I’m going to go and sharpen my elbows in case I need a little help to barge through a throng in front of the baking stall. Beware, I’m pretty ruthless when it comes to getting my hands on a lemon square.

Elbow spikes - who knew!

I have just discovered these elbow spikes are available! I wish I’d known, you have no idea how many hedgehogs I’ve wasted trying to achieve something similar.
