Coming Up at All Saints

It’s a strikingly clear and sunny day here in Ladner. A day that makes brings the beauty of creation into sharp focus. We are so blessed to be surrounded by such majesty. Apparently this is the calm before the storm and we are expecting some heavy snow with weather warnings in place for the weekend. In light of this our Vestry Meeting will be postponed until Sunday 5 March 2023.

On Sunday 26 February - the first Sunday in Lent - we meet at 8.30 am and 10 am to celebrate the Eucharist. Again, our Vestry Meeting will not take place this week but has been postponed until 5 March.

On Wednesday 1 March at 10 am we have our midweek Eucharist followed by Bible Study. We would love to see you there.

Some notable dates for March include:

On Saturday 11 March at 10 am we come together to celebrate the lives of Pat and Frank Sallis. A small gathering will take place after the service. If you would like to contribute some cookies or squares please let the church office know.

On Saturday 25 March we meet to celebrate the life of Sue Paege. Time TBA.

On Tuesday 21 March at 6 pm we host our monthly free Community Meal. The FreshWaves truck will be in attendance offering free clothing to anyone in need.

It’s hard to believe we are almost into March already. Hopefully this weekend will be the last of the real cold and the daffodils can begin preparing their spring fanfare.
