Lent Programs

This year there will not be any organized Lent programs at All Saints. These are a variety of options for you to consider on your own. Some may wish to organize their own small group for discussion.

Subscribe to a daily email message from the Primate's World Relief and Development Fund (PWRDF). Each day you will receive a reflection from partners and volunteers about the important work and ministry of PWRDF throughout the world, on the theme "Lent Without Borders" https://pwrdf.org/lent2023/

Download a Lent devotional booklet based on the art or poetry from different artists including Henry Matisse, Emily Dickinson, Mary Oliver, Vincent Van Gogh and others. https://www.saltproject.org/progressive-church-print-resources

Purchase a Lent study book, available by paperback or kindle, focused on the theme of justice https://www.amazon.ca/Just-Passion-Six-Week-Lenten-Journey/dp/1514006758

Attend a retreat style conference on the theme of Awaken Love, sponsored by the Centre for Spiritual Renewal at St Dunstan's in Aldergrove. March 3-6. https://www.vancouver.anglican.ca/events/awaken-love-2023/2023-03-03

Attend service of Healing and Reconciliation at All Saints Ladner, March 22, 2023 at 7 pm.

This will be a service of Holy Eucharist with the opportunity for Laying on of Hands and Anointing. If you wish prayers for yourself or for someone else you are most welcome.
