PWRDF Wild Ride 2023

Firstly I would like to thank everyone who has generously donated to the Wild Ride campaign sponsored by PWRDF.  These funds will be used to support various programmes addressing the ongoing crises faced by millions of refugees world wide. Though the campaign finishes on October 9th, donations will be received until 31st. You may give cheques or cash to myself, All Saints, or send directly to PWRDF. You will receive receipts for any donation of $20 or more, but please make clear that your donation is for PWRDF.  ( WILD  RIDE on memo line on cheques).

I was happy to participate in both a 10km walk in Vancouver, and a 25Km cycle ride along the Ladner Dyke to Tsawwassen with friends from around the Diocese. Though not all pledges have been received, the PWRDF office has just announced that we have exceeded our initial goal of raising $50,000 from across Canada, and they are excited to see what the final total will be!

As your PWRDF Representative, I am passionate about all that this amazing organization is able to achieve, and also to have your enthusiasm and support for our various campaigns.  My recent recognition at the AGM of being nominated as an Honourary Associate of PWRDF was both an honour and a privilege.

Thank you all for your support as we continue to find ways in which we can recognize the work of PWRDF.
